2019 Quality Objectives

  1.  To reduce the average time taken to process admission letters for postgraduate students from five working days to four working days by December 2019.
  2. To reduce the time taken to respond to verbal enquiries from four working days to two working days by December 2019.
  3. To reduce the time taken to respond to student requests from seven working days to five working days by December 2019.
